What is the difference between Free, Premium and Enterprise plans?

Free Plan

Free plan is a multi- user access to user reviews, updates and ranks for 2 apps in 2 countries as well as available data about 20 selected keywords. Additionally, you can set-up integrations with Slack, HipChat, Trello, Zendesk, Email and use AppFollow API. The reports are sent on daily or weekly basis. As a bonus, there is a “Reply” function for Google Play reviews.

 

Premium Plan

Premium plan is a customised plan which costs depend on the amount of apps, countries, keywords you’d like to track. To see the final cost please use our Price Calculator.

Premium plan includes all features of a Free plan, however the information for Premium users is updated more frequently. The plan also gives an opportunity to add PRO features to your subscription (automated review translation, app featuring alerts, personal manager and more), request new features and access beta-versions of the new functions. Finally, Premium users get priority customer support.

 

Enterprise Plan

Enterprise plan is a customised plan for tracking significantly larger amount of data without limits. It includes all features of a Premium plan, dedicated instances, custom features implementation and personalised account support.
